Sam’s Club: Shopping made easy App Reviews

It seems pretty easy to use BUT if you put something in your cart, you cant be in your cart and click the item to look at the details again. That is frustrating when deciding before checkout if you have the item you want. You need to use lists rather than the cart to compare. Just adds more steps. Sams should change that.

Makes it so simple to shop send and save money cause you get what you want only not everything you see passing by in the store.

Tried to change shipping back to regular since the shipping options page doesnt list prices (!) and spent the next ten minutes trying to complete my one-item order Bc half of the buttons didnt work. Tried refreshing, closing app, emptying and refilling cart, everything. Finally I emptied cart, signed out, closed app, and went BACK in and started ALL OVER and was able to complete purchase. Annoying!

Was at the Sams Club warehouse and saw these jackets but the store did not have it in the size and color I preferred. Noted that it was also available online, went to my Sams Club app, found it and placed my order. Quick and simple. Thank you.

The app is pretty simple to navigate. I can take care of several "customer service" needs from the app & save time from standing in line. It saves me money since I can order online-less impulse shopping. Plus I know when to stock-up on instant savings items.

Good app works pretty good A you have it I four because there could be a little better improvement for accessibility.

I tried to log in to see sales for the holiday. I tried this last year too and never was able to get on. I guess they dont want business very bad! I changed my email years ago and dont have it or dont have any access to it anymore! It will not let me login I put forgot email and it says put in my ID so I put that in and it wont let me log in because I have a different email! They sent a password to my email that I dont have access to! There is no reset! Stupid, I guess they would rather lose business during the holiday season. I tried to call and was put on hold for a half hour! Im done, I guess they dont need my business, Ill go to Costco instead!

For this busy mom, this App is a lifesaver. I shop, pick up when its ready. Im not spending a ton of time in the store looking for things I dont need. It saves me a ton of money! Its easy to navigate and pickup in the store is simple. Recommend to all my friends

Works about half the time if youre lucky. Very slow, very disappointed

Not user friendly at all. Items suddenly become unchecked after youve checked them as an item you want to purchase. It takes me roughly 4 times as long to order as it did when I faxed my order to Sams. Really disappointing technology from a multi-billion dollar company.
