Sam’s Club: Shopping made easy App Reviews

Have been loyal for over 10 years and we started to utilize Sams for a new business that is growing rapidly so we were thinking we would use online more and use employees for pickup. Every time Sams has sent me texts and emails multiple I might add. 4 times its been wrong and each time Sams has offered nothing but the recognition of the mistake. Hard to put Sams at top of list of suppliers for our small businesses. Thanks for making my coworkers believe i should be shopping at BJs

The app is very useful, easy to manage and you can review items sold online only.

Wont accept SAMs club personal card

This app works however, it needs improvement regarding in-store Easy Order for pickup! I like how it pulls items from previous purchases to build a Quick Reorder list but every time you add an item it spins & spins as it adds each item individually then returns you to the top of the list where you then have to scroll back down to the next item. It has taken me literally 20+ minutes to finalize an order before sending, not very efficient. Itd be nice if you could simply scroll through the list adding items and quantities as needed and then submit at the end, this is typically how every ordering app works. Cmon Sams Club...

Had problems with it repeatedly requesting sign in again when attempting to check out. Have to exit app then sign in again to complete purchase.

As someone who builds products for a living this app is pretty close to awesome. I use it mainly to order and then pick up and its so amazing and it works every time - I check in when I am in the parking lot and when I am in store my order is ready. The app is probably the reason I use this store over Costco. I hope Walmart builds one too

Good, useful app, 10 times better than Costcos joke of an app. But why does this app surreptitiously use Background App Refresh? Why is it background running necessary for this?? Sneaky Sam.

It works ok, but too many unnecessary steps!

Prior to this update, when you pulled up an item that is part of the instant savings deals it would show the price, then the amount of the instant savings, then what the price of the item is with the instant savings. Now, again sadly, that is gone. Before they added that feature, there were some items that had instant savings, my Sams club didnt give you the instant savings off, they increased the cost of that item to offset the instant savings cost. Without the ability to have all that information, it was difficult to prove it unless you shop there all the time. I wish they would put it back!

I really like this option of shopping online and picking up at the store. However, I have had a few bad experience of how long it took them to bring my stuff up front. I have 3 small kids and I only use this to make my shopping less stressful... But when the people at the store dont expedite their delivery it totally ruins the purpose of me shopping ahead (online).
