Found items needed however at checkout I encountered a problem with it accepting my name for the card. Ugh! Very frustrating. Also the scan for my card didnt work either.

We love to use it to order before and then just pick it up at the store without staying there for an hour!

I love this app and its easy to use. If it wasnt for a connections associate I wouldnt have known about it. Club pick up is easy to order and I love the text alert and check in.

Love the store, but like being able to order online too. Very convenient!

I bought a movie (Star Wars) for my first purchase ever from this app. I just searched for the movie and clicked add to cart then clicked on cart and clicked on buy/pay. As the account is tied to my Sams credit card, transaction was done. Just the two clicks after I found my item. Pretty easy. Otherwise I use app to look for things or compare prices Id recommend all Sams members should have the app. App is very useful

I love the ease of the app and pre-ordering/pre-paying but re-order is quite frustrating. Every time you select an item to re-order from a previous order (select item, or change quantity) the ENITRE screen reloads and you must scroll down over, and over. This is a slow and time consuming process. Otherwise it is a great app.

Easy to use and works better than the web site

First off Sam died. Company goes downhill from there. I know, I worked there. Cant track your order from the app. Supposed to be the best logistics company there is. Where is my order? We dont know. Geez, miss you Sam and you were right. Technology will start the downfall.

First time user - love this app!

I get the Instant savings alert with the card in the mail. I go to the app the day before I get paid and put all the things I plan to get in my cart. Then I go to SAMs pick it up and pay!!! Love it!!!

When you go To check out it always tries to make you pay now instead of at the store

Order on line, pay on line, pick up when ready..shopping at its best. Great app!

This App is very very very user unfriendly! The designer and team needs to start interfacing with actual people and not computer models! Though installed on the phone I will not use it unless its an extreme emergency. If its not in the store I will go somewhere else, maybe pay a little more, just to avoid the aggravation!

Just had major surgery. Unable to walk around the store and pick up merchandise. This allows me to get fresh options without the stress of walking and picking up everything individually. I am very glad this app has become available!!!

I have never experienced some of the issues listed on reviews. The app has always been flawless for me. I like it because Sams Club finally connected the app to your local store. You can price items, see if your club has an item, etc. I love the simplicity of the design. Very easy to navigate. Club Pickup is awesome! Order on the app, pay, pickup next day. Talk about convenience. You can track your cash rewards and view instant savings that is on your membership. Love it. I use it to compare while in other stores. Forget your membership card? Show it with the app! Beats their competitors app hands down! A must if you are a Sams member.

No wonder the cant take Amazons market share It would take my payment= a possible 25 min waiting at customer service. Like last time. The gm manger said I cant help just wait. Lovely customer serv

It is so very handy to pre order and have your order ready for when you arrive. The only issue is there are some items you know there are items in the store but cannot add them on. This pertains to alcohol items, every thing else is great.
