The map part doesnt find anything in Canada.

Love it. Its a SAMs club app hence works perfect with SAMs club in States as Canada does not have any SAMs clubs.

Easy to use, perfect

This app has some benefits and is nicely laid out. Unfortunately it falls short of a great app. Click n pull has very limited inventory, the app crashes often, and at times freezes. Store maps are inaccurate for some stores. I think this app needs work.

Tough to use when searching through the tire part. Searching by size optipn would help.

Waste of a download north of the border. I am only keeping it in the event I go south. But looks like it will fall short. There are amazing dept store apps out there. This one is not it!! John

Cant sign in and use this app like I would like because I live in Canada. Called the help desk and they can not help either. Interesting that in this day and age, you only get the full value of the site or app if you are from the USA, even though you pay the same membership fee. Wake up people, think big picture.

I tried several times to enter my membership card and every time it asks me to enter a valid membership number. I was in the store yesterday and my membership was valid but the app doesnt think so!!!!!

Works great!! No issues. Excellent layout For those with sign in problems - I suspect you are Canadian, as I am. Its our postal code that screws up the sign up process. When trying to sign up for online log in it tells you its a bad membership number - this is not the case. Call your local SAMs club and have them change your postal code to the zip code of the store. Problem solved

Used to work okay, had pictures from which to choose, time consuming to clicky clicky, not always my intended results. Might add a logistics person to the development team. The database relies too much on brands than product descriptions for profession/business ordering.

Great concept but too slow and faulty. Had 8 items in cart. Scanned with app, item had to be looked up, then had to select add to cart, then had to hit back button to scan next item. Did that 7 times 8th item didnt scan. So typed in UPC code 4 times to no avail. Went through self-scan line and in less time than it took to add 1 item to cart, I had all 8 items scanned. To make this usable, needs to be equal to self-scan speed and ease of use.

I have used it to order items I didnt find at my location. It was smooth and fast! Great App!

I shop in-store at Sams weekly, and I have fallen in love with this app. I scan the merchandise as I place it in my cart, and check out on my phone when done....without having to get in the long lines at the register. You show them your phone receipt at the door. Its quick and easy!

Keeps my wallet full. Im a woman...I buy things I dont need. Ordering online helps me spend less. I just search for what I want/need, pay for it and pick it up and go home. Fast and simple. I dont browse the store because Im one of those "I see, I like, I buy" type. Im also the "Im too lazy to return something" type. This app is a winner for me!

I mostly use this app to pay my sams club credit card off and when ever I use this app it barely ever works. Transitioning from page to page isnt fluent and when ever you click on a button it doesnt register. Its a pain and infuriating to use.
